Refund Policy

At Dayesy, each product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask you to read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. All sales are considered final.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that your order arrives in a completely damaged condition—such as:
  • Broken glass jars
  • Candles or mould candles broken beyond repair
we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
Mandatory Unboxing Video​
 
​To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
  • A clear, continuous unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened
  • The video must clearly show the damaged product
  • Images, edited clips, or partial videos will not be accepted
  • Claims without an unboxing video will be automatically declined
This policy helps us ensure fair resolution while preventing misuse.
Reporting Damage
Please report any damaged items within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

Kindly include:
  • Your order number
  • The unboxing video
  • A brief description of the issue
Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
Refund Processing
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Alternatively, we may offer a replacement product if stock is available.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
  • Minor imperfections inherent to handmade products
  • Slight color, texture, or fragrance variations
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Failure to provide a valid unboxing video
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
