Orders & Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Dayesy is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.
Returns, Refunds & Damages
We do not accept returns on delivered products. Refunds or replacements are only provided for products received in a completely damaged condition, subject to verification through a full unboxing video. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
